Yes, friend of mine farmed like hell back in early 2010s for them and got q9 30hp/10hct stone and some 20%/5ar wooden etc, i farmed alot too some years ago best i got was q10 29hp 10armor aureate chalice..
But these are pretty darn rare, but not as rare as knife idols and claw grim cestas

Would you guys have a look at Fenrir el Gris sell thread, the tribal shield.
Wtf is this ? Never seen such stuff. Could you post it here fenrir maybe ? So blue shield can come without an inscrip in nf/eotn ?

Blue shields can definitely drop without an inscription. That is essentially a white with just a handle. Been screwed by these blue unid teases before, heartbreaking to not see the inscription spot.
My bad red was specifically asking for purple and gold didn't see that 💩

Actually you can take any white dropped shield from nf or eotn, apply a handle and - magic - it gets blue! That easy. Also a tiny difference if you do it this way - it doesn't portray a gold value - looks very clean!

Tho just plain White looks much cleaner imo
hey im back right now to house, and i have to say, my 7/15 tribal shield is white not blue, i drop it as white then mod it with the 41 handle (thats because it haven't g value)
but yea, i think is possible... drop a lot of low perf blues and sell it to merch cause no insc slot avaliable
Gold and purple clean shields can drop from one of the side missions outside of longeye’s. You need one of the encrypted charr plans (the one to ascalon area, check wiki for it). The mobs and chests there can drop clean purple and gold shields, foci and scepters without gold value. I’m pretty sure Agent Chevy has some?

This is true, I do have some of those, not sure if these are ones that Blind Was My Fury was thinking of. These are different from what we would think of dropping from EOTN foes in explorer areas directly, but they are dropped from the Charr Battle Plan missions as the items are somewhat "bugged", as a result, they can drop as moddable items (Focus, Shields, Wands) but do not have insc slots.

not only shields can be moded, if we asume that items are insc without insc slot
my question is, why this dont happens in factions? drop some gold shield completly clean after iden, so in teory at least is ''probable''
yeah those are cool and just recently I learned from Fenrir el Gris that they are moddable. If identifying one of them and adding a handle one couldn't tell the difference between it being a proof of a gold/purp shield that just dropped regularly but turned out to have no insc slot and one that came from said battleplan mission. - hence the question about insc area exclusives to be able to prove the point
To add to the clean drops from battle plan mission topic, and since this is the “does it exist” thread, I believe there is a tiny chance of a max q8 clean focus or maybe even shield dropping here, but does one exist?
I've tried to farm it solo for like 50 battle plans but got no luck, it should be possible tho

Gold OS Dwarven Axes no longer drop, you can only get purple OS Dwarven Axes from the Keyless Chest quest in SF.

They no longer drop anywhere. Can get purple ones from the keyless chests.

I've seen some ppl with their own custod minis, cant name any but sure, they atleast excist
and for shiro, q15 versions no longer exist in game :p all old versions were changed
Does anyone know if protection prayers staves drop normally? The wiki seems to think that several attributes do not drop for staves on several OS skins.

If this is the case that's pretty sad, I guess I will have to wait until nightfall and inscribable weapons before I'll have a 40/20/20 prot staff on my Iron Monk.
No, os staff only drop df and smite.. Heal and prot do not exist..
There might be some Green or collector /weaponsmith u can get earlier
I was going to start compiling the info to create the new articles in the wiki about 1) Unconditional weapons 2) PreNerf greens 3) HoD old weapons, and because this thread is called "Does it exist?" I think it's better to write and ask it here. Since the "Unconditional weapons", "The truth about Pre-Nerf" and "Info and research on prenerf greens" threads are actually very well documented already, the only thing with those will be to coordinate a good writing for the article.
The remaining issue is to obtain the info regarding the Henge of Denravi original weapons crafted by Caprice.
With the info and screenshots compiled from this threads I've created a table, but it's still incomplete. Also, according an unknown user in the discussion page of the sword, there were more items removed, as it states: "The warrior -50% hex helmet and some Necro tunic without the rest of the armor."
Things in color red are the missing ones. Any help to preserve this is appreciated, from my side I reached a dead-end trying to scratch information, I'm going for a walk in the Guru archive but due the hard method of search I don't think I will be able to find something.

I think this is the commonly accepted theory?
1. Dropped under the same weird conditions as other eotn oddities i.e beta dungeon chests, which dropped purple insc crystallines allegedly. Gloom shields are listed to drop from various dungeons.
Buuuut this would be more fun!
2. A good deed in eotn spawns lvl 20 smites and lvl 24 coldfires. Not sure these can drop from smites but they are the right level for r8. What level are locked chests in eotn NM? I thought they would be 600g chests which would rule them out.
Im pretty sure the Gloom Shield is a Halloween Quest drop. There is a quest (i tihnk mroe than one) which spawns UW Foes in Neightfall that are lev 20. This would also confirm the fact, taht it dropped pre EOTN

Hey, yes these do drop max damage.
For plagueborn shield.. i know atleast q7s drop, there has been several q7/15 and q7/16 around.. But i dont see reason why one wouldnt drop, if u can drop it gold from low lever source that can drop q4-6 items = u can get it in q4-6, dont belive items have requirement caps just level caps where they drop from
