Hey ! I chest runned Raisu, so I think I'm more lucky because the loot table is very large.

Based on q8 level drop, I would bet he farmed the slaves quest in the desolation aka the q8 dead sword farm since they are level 20 in hard mode.

Staves have a different and strange drop table for requirements. You can get Q8 11-21 staves with max hsr (20 for purple or 18 for gold) from hm chests.)

Indeed staves are odd - yet you can only get the purple ones in q8 in the stated stats on hm chests. Gold q8s wouldn't drop there. Whilst for gold q8 staves 18hsr is max in contrary to 20hsr being max for purple

Well never has a lvl 20 mob dropped q7s since the big nerf ...
