Did the afk survivor farm and it worked out like a charm. Wiped a few times in HM. Did it in NM, just took a little bit longer. But I’m sleeping anyway so idc, haha.
Dunno if I wanna work on GWAMM‘ing my main just for the fun of it or if I’m tackling the Wind of Change content.
I think the challenge sound so good and interesting. And getting a 2nd Ritu is so worth it. Not to mention some nice cool and very unique greens. (The parrying dagger, bo staff scythe, caster sword)

No, for example the BMP ES staffs also cast chaos orb with chaos dmg, and probably the envoy staff too.
But Hourglass is the only random loot that does that afaik. Maybe BDS too, or some other insc ES staff, I haven't tested all of them yet, but so far nothing seems consistent. For example Dead staff casts fire orb regardless of dmg type; or for example Astral staff req ES deals elemental dmg but casts chaos orb; or for example BDS req Curses deals dark dmg but casts icy orb.
That's why I thought matching dmg + orb was nice from a random drop.

it is not a random thing where you were lucky, rather it is a fun quirk of the new skins that it has those specifiers on estore requirement that are atypical.
that being said same applies to a colossal pick or a jitte, which indeed do have some value for those atypical properties because it does make for an advantage in PvP play. but no one uses a staff to deal damage, so that will not yield a desireability in the context.
yet it is a bew skin max and is collectible, so it shall be worth selling even though not more valueable than other attris - rather it will be a bit less, since it is an unpopular one.
