Best you can get when you dont want to invest into +50hp runes and just wear +41hp. Thus you get a health of xx0.

I believe GW was under the impression l was collecting Holy Branches so it kindly helped me.

Sadly this item could not be saved. Some merchant in Cantha is enjoying it atm.
There is a collector for everything nowadays... Should keep that in mind.
