Sure if they remove it, I don't have a problem with it. Still gonna be useful as an ee target, like if someone is lagging behind and to jump off the bridge in Urgoz. But that is niche enough and I'm sure all the SC players will get the bell anyway. Like I said I think the price is fair.

They really want to squeeze some money out of the playerbase... disgusting. The game was free of the modern diseases, like sensationalism and greed, for a long time. Those times are sadly over.

Imo the game was much better before all the changes. And they lied about not wanting to changing the meta. Some minor changes every few years were one thing but big changes every few weeks is just sad.

After thousands of hours this isnt a game worth grinding anymore. One day you get an rare drop and the next day it will be trash because of an update.

Oh no the game is seeing minor meta shifts after 14 years of nothing. First people complained the game would be fully automated. Now some complain we getting updates.

You act like whatever QoL they added is mandatory thing for you to play😂. They added nothing you can’t have? Can’t get pcons, cons, keys or salvage kit already? If that makes you leave, so be it. Let people enjoy a game not being super dead anymore.

As for rare things, I have not heard anyone who had such thing (like I had 15 gold os crysta before the update and an unded IG gifted to me in 2012 ), complaining. No, eblades gated by SC players, were not rare.
If you care about mini pets, good thing your average Joe can have his own non tradable copy. Better than this being reserved to someone who paid 50 ectos 20 years ago or money spenders.

But go on, tell us how your little collection was affected. Pretty sure it wasn’t one bit. And even if it was, you’d be the only guy who got affected and complained. Unless you spent rl money to buy things before. Those guy got salty.

To think that a company in 2026 that's been letting you play for free after your initial purchase 20+ years ago and still lets you play for free would try to make some profit... absolutely despicable.

Although there are many different perspectives and debates about this game right now, I think we can all agree on one thing: nostalgia. That sweet, melancholic melody that call of nature that no one can truly resist.

I’m one of those who would have preferred to see Guild Wars 1 fade away just as it had always been, before the exhausting battles over what was “most fair.”

That’s exactly where we could all come together again, even with our differing views and opinions. And that’s where I’d like to retrace my steps through Tyria, alongside the other conquerors, geeks, nerds, hackers, and God knows what else.

It’s in these lands that I would wait for you,, persistently obscuring the changes and damage wrought by time.

Apparently yesterday was my lucky day! First an Icy Dragon Sword and then these a few hours later! I decided to run a few Chance Encounters finishing the Reverie quest these dropped on my 2nd run!
