Doesn't that only spawn during the "Demon Assassin" Quest? I assume you had that active... if not... you better kill it quick and hope that the brand new "Ghostly Shield" drops

That's sad but this dude is known for being a jerk. I am not sure if he is trully stupid or if he just likes to be toxic all the time. Everybody complains about him.
Since he spends his life in Kamadan, I can only give you the friendly advice to add him in your ignore list :
- Gonna Love You
- I Pearl Of Life I (one of his alt)
His prices are not attractive anyway then you won't miss anything. He probably has more alts but I can't say it for sure.

As i know no, Flores Al Dhabranis is a different person because if i remember well Gonna Love You have also insulted Flores Al Dhabran on channel all.
And Flores Al Dhabran has a different behaviour compared to Gonna love you.

Made an Iron man with a buddy and have grinded our way to THK. Been running Battle Rage axe so I am extremely hyped that Grenth's Footprint treated me to this.

Yep, I also once got "treated" by him. Don't remember what I was trying to buy or sell, but he said a ridiculous price. And yes, it's surprising that anyone still trades with him. It's possible to wait a bit and get more sain and honest traders. No GotTs or anything else for him, that's for sure. 😉

Didn't play for a while. Came back and vanquished a Shing Jea island zone. Got the attached. Auctioned here and traded in game then got banned from Guild Wars. Fought with support to get unbanned over 3 days. Good times.
Edit: To the questions, I assume that support found it suspicious that after not playing for a year I suddenly log in, get a gold and trade it for 100arms. They never openly told me why they banned me other than, "Suspicious trade activity." Cheers.
