Well, i have managed to get two terrible hourglass staffs, but one OS(didnt know that was a thing) and the other with a double Fortitude mod.

They drop rarely like that. Dont merch it tho. For now it might be only OS hourglass in gw and worth auctioning!

Haha Red is right, it is inscr. I am of the camp that a q8 Fell can drop OS somewhere, but as with most things drop related, Red is the leading authority and we need solid evidence to prove him wrong! Which I am sure he will be just as happy to see as he would knowing that he is in most cases right about what can and cannot drop

Absolutely. I know Red would be just as happy to learn it was OS. Unfortunately, today is not the day. Maybe that day is never coming.

Level 20, but yes. Southern Shiverpeaks and onwards is where it drops, and both mobs and chests there don't drop q8. Apparently you can get them from HM Crystal Desert though, but since it's HM, same issue.

I have killed a few tens of thousands of WiK mantle in NM, and never had a fellblade from them.
I unfortunately don't think I have a screen (maybe I do?) or remember if HM/NM, but I do remember getting a (white rarity unremarkable) fellblade from a jade construct in battle for LA - if it's location locked, that doesn't make much sense. It was most likely NM as I couldn't really solo up to the point of jades coming in HM before losing, though I will say I did quite a lot of this to try to conclusively decide whether the green weapons can drop here (and some pretty simple probability work with a few assumptions says no).
I'd also point out that as far as I'm aware, the best "pattern" for predicting things that drop the new skins as of the anniversary seems to be that they have to be level 22+ in NM, or any kind of HM locked chest, and wonder if the same logic could apply to some other stuff like this...
... but I'd be at a loss as to why that'd be different wherever the above inscribable dropped.

I have gotten fellblades in pongmei. Should theoretically drop in q8 from nm chest. I got a q8 max fds there a long while ago.
