Every single gold max q8 sword I have dropped has been while hexed mod 19 or 20 lol. So I am going to just say that is the sword equivalent.

I wish! My favorite mod on the sword... mostly because of my q7. If my old q7 flam would have been 15^50 instead of 14^50, that would have been the fav ;P

At the time possible drop without inscriptible versions it would still have been necessary to identify it before shouting victory.
But on 2020 not matter

It can still drop without an inherent mod. It was never possible for an eternal blade to drop with any sort of OS inherent mod.
