So, iv 100% seen q3 golds as OS drops, notably people feather farming geting q3 daggers (comfirm this? or am i going mad)
But i have never seen a q3 gold inscriptable?
Does it exist, or do i have to re think my collection?

Q3 golds drop only from exacly lvl12 foes hence they are very rare, and as described inscriable even rarer, there are very few lvl12 foes in nf/eotn and especially anything worth farming.
But yes they can drop, you can find some lvl12 bosses in start Island nf

Can 100% confirm Q3 golds drop OS and Inscri as I have examples of both. Pleikki is correct, they from lvl 12 foes.

On WoC farm today ( HM with foes from 26-28 lvl) this dropped
first a q13 non max is weird for me to see and a non max on that high lvl enemies and then also HM ? dunno it overall felt weird
Maybe some one can tell me some thing to it ? is that normal ? i farmed around 5k + gold items there in the last month and this didnt even happend once before

Doesn't happen often but does happen and its bullshit when it happens. Just like non max weps from dungeon end chests.

Paper Fan
Energy +12 (Requires 9 Energy Storage)
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance 10%)
Halves casting time of spells (Chance 10%)
I mean, a perfect ES Paper Fan (or from other profession). I saw a q12 and 9% here in this forum, but nothing more.
This is my most desired item to find (more even than the damn Firebrand after +500 runs without luck until I got fed up and I bought it).

Cause in kaeing center you can buy inscr purple paper fans with ALL REQS for imperial recommendation, and not many ppl know it i guess ?
Paper fan are rly a rare drop, having a good one is even rarer, having a 10/10 is even rarer, no doubt if a 10/10 is here it would go for money.

It most certainly can drop as I have had 3 decent paper fans in pong mei in the last year. I don't think one is out there for sale right now but wouldn't be surprised that it has dropped since q9 is far easier to get than q8.

I like the skin, I have the 3 Elementalists greens with this skin (The People's Will, The Windcatcher, Chung's Focus), the Ritualist green of Channeling (Quansong's Focus) and a complete 40/40 set of all the elements from Winds of Change in purple color (Fan of Purity). The only missing from my list is the pure Paper Fan focus itself as Energy Storage req. and gold rarity, because The Windcatcher is HSR 10% and +30HP instead 10/10. And the Fan of Purity is a wand, not a focus. So the only possible way to create a focus 10/10 with the Paper Fan skin is having the Paper Fan itself.

That's what I'm talking about. That Soul Reaping one is a miracle. Do you remember where it dropped? I'm planning to try a 1-week-run with lockpicks, but I don't know what chests contain this item.

drops every where in cantha. Maybe human foes have a slightly higher chance to drop some, i doubt it tho. There's no spot to farm them.
- It's extremely rare to drop a paper fan gold, it's probably in the top 2 rarest items in cantha with : 1) Paper lantern 2) Paper fan 3) shields...
In maybe 13k chest in cantha the best paper fan i got ever is : q9 divine 20% heal SINGLE MOD.
Basically u got it, told ya it's a rare drop, getting one with good mods is rlyrlyrly rare.
You can try your luck but don't expect a 10/10 next week to pop out of the chest
best way to drop a gold one is for me definitely to chest run tho.
If i were you, i would spam in kamadan / on legacy in hope to find some one selling. Also if i were you, i wouldn't be particular about a q9, that reduces your chances to find one.

My observations on paperfans has also been the attribute tends to be what the creatures around it have. So stone kirin drop necro versions, dragon moss ele, etc. Crimson skull drop them for sure if you want to farm those in hard mode but they drop rit/mes as far as what I have gotten.

I have my WTB thread with the Paper Fan there, but no luck yet. And regarding the Q, I don't care. Not even 9% instead 10%. The thing is that I want a focus Paper Fan with HCT and HSR, because there is no other way to get this item this way.

Exactly right. Others have more luck with clubs then fans but I’m at about 0 clubs to 7 fans from the tengu.

You cant get a gold rarity one, except from drops, but you can still get a 10/10 q9 storage purple 💜

we know that OS shields can have +1/20% on many attributes (war, monk, mes, nec, ele) whereas there attribute is tactics or strength . But do OS offhands exists, where their main attribute and their +1/20% are not from the same profession? For example a domination offhand with +1/20% smite?
I am not sure if i ever saw that. Recently got many +1/××% offhands but it was always from the same profession.

A reason for that can also be that there are many multi class wands but not as many mlti class focus. These triple Prof or mixed items can only a cure on those multiproffesion items like the is no basic wand ( normal firewand 20/20 smite does not exist)
So a closer look:
Zodiac wand - no focus.
Jadewand- no focus.
Platwand - no focus
.Amber wand - no focus
Celestial sceptre - no (OS focus
Waywardwand - no focus
Plague sceptre - plague focus
No wand - straw effigy
No wand - jug
No wand - Paperfan
We see there is quite unbalance allrdy.
BTW me and praise encountered the same question he said these q9 fastcast 20%smite 20%fore only comes for wands not for focus. But isn't 100% sure.
So we need to farm more plague focus and straweffigys. I need to pay more attention to that ( hard for me cause all my focus want to be Shields with like armor mods and +HP xD)

Foci that are multi prof (like paper fan, straw) only drop in primary attributes so they don’t cover different professions. Wayward wands for example drop in almost all attributes, and therefore are able to have mods of those attributes. (Atleast that is what my experience has been, if I am wrong feel free to correct me)

I agree what xander says, with addition that prenerf they used to drop also in all attris, even the single attri skins like heal ankh were able drop mixed profession mods.
I used own q7 heal ankh with 1/xx on curses

I also have this screenshot in my weird item folder, it must have been yours Pleikki.

Yeah thats the one, and yes thats True, i have some single prof prenerf wands with mixed prof hct/hsr mods, same applies to offhands.
