10 ar is fucked up. no gold shield can regularly drop that low. that means maybe we are going to see q2 golds?!
Thats a good point, iv seen so few gold q3s. Not sure iv ever seen another gold q3 shield. even OS. nothing to compare it against. Gota say im hyped at the potential.

Ok, Eternal Bows and Crystalline Swords. These are historically UW,FoW,SF, ToPK item . High end chest drops. I really hope this is not a bug.

You can run the dungeon on Normal Mode solo (HM might be in R/A or A/E, not sure). It takes about 10–12 minutes and you’re done. But the “boss for boss key”: Enraged Phantom, doesn’t always pull out of its group so it can be killed, which, I’ll admit, tends to annoy me. 
I can't understand why he follows me or not (?) Even if I walk backward + Crippled. Otherwise, 10–15 minutes with a hero or 2 accounts and 2 heroes. The NM has been dropping a gold item ever since the update.

Would be the typical R/A Whirling build. You can update a few skills here and there. I've gotten times in the 8 minutes solo, although I'm sure you could probably go faster. There are some HoS jumps you can take to speed it up a bit + gate glitching so you don't have to get crystal to open the door.
I wonder if we'll see Eternal Shields, Ghostly Staff etc. from this chest...similar loot pool as Eternal Bow and Crystalline. 
In the end, only the monks with Enraged Phantom are a waste of time; the rest is a piece of cake.

Just for fun: you can trigger the first wave of monsters spawn with the boss when you're standing above the closest spot where the chest appears. (But there's no point in doing that...)

Yes
just because its in the wiki, thats not confirmed for me at least (everyone with zero proof, nor experience can write into the wiki). we have seen 1 shady screen of the item in a inventory. which got deleted afterwards again. but no screen from the actual drop yet from the chest.
