you can even go a step further and pre test them for the correct mods, so you can kind of go for an os feel on scythes and the likes. I remember having a sword (or axe) tested for 5e and longer ench 20%. I accidentally identified it and consequently hat to merch it since higher req...
After a little practice, i was able to glitch the closed door to Bone Palace (west) without needing a hero. I simply took the 2 Djinns next to the door. It's simpler... in a way.
I had a vague memory of unlocking Ruins of Morah, with an ineligible character. In past i killed the Horde of Darkness (with degeneration) in order to gain access to the Solitary Colossus, which I also killed with degeneration. But after then I remembered that there's a much simpler way: use a Shadow Step skill through the "root gates" (pull enemy with bow) that surround the area around The Mouth of Torment outpost. And use north enter for Ruins of Morah.

Lvl 10 to Urgoz's warren NM. The problem is that they commit suicide... so we don't usually kill them. You have to think about them as soon as they arrive and interrupt their suicides. Panic is your friend if you want drops of these monsters (section 4: bridge).
I think the snakes also drop these purples in NM in urgoz ? Not sure of their levels anymore
