i was pleasantly surprised seeing a q8 drop for me in general when i was trying to rune farm in hard mode against non level 20 mobs no less! i doubt its worth anything being blue and lowest % for that mod, but definitely one of the coolest drops i've gotten!

I just tested it on my phone and I can't reproduce it. There was an issue with some rewrite rules though that can explain the issues that you have experienced.
These should have been resolved though, but it could be caused by caching of the old rules. So one step I would first suggest is: try another browser and see if it happens there too. If it doesn't, you'll probably need to clear the cache.If it happens there too, please let me know as many details as possible (browser you use), so that I can investigate. But right now I suspect it is just cache.
