Is this another case of Focus, where we can get req8 max focus but +11 can be req6 instead of 7? Where swords can drop max req8 but cant drop 21 dmg with req7? That makes me very sad if that is the case.

i cant bind keys in the control settings, the fields are greyed out and i can't click on and change anything.
